House Rules and Information !!

1. Whatsapp/Message /text me when you passed BKK immigration.

we will come to meet you at the meeting point and then take you to go to your room. 

1.A   need to be prepared for your stay.
          A. Passport or ID card
          B. Room security deposit of 500 baht (refunded upon check-out)

2. Check-in time after3pm until 9pm only.

3. Check out time at 12pm and leave a key card in the room.

4. No smoke, No party in the case has complaint THB 2000 

5. Late checkout  have charge

6. Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the room. 

7. Please do not leave your valuables, jewelry, and important documents in the room when you go out, we do not assume any responsibility in for their possible disappearance.

请在中午12点之前退房，退房时请把房间钥匙和门禁卡放在一层信箱里，信箱号码和房间号码是一致的；

房间内禁止抽烟、禁止大声喧哗、禁止举办聚会，否则需缴纳罚款2000泰铢；

如果需要延迟退房需提前一天与我们联系确认，如有可能延迟退房最晚至18：00点.延迟退房服务费是500泰铢；

离开房间时请关闭空调、热水器、厨具的电源;

离开房间时请随身携带所有首饰、手机、钱包、护照等贵重物品,我们不承担物品丢失的任何责任；

禁止携带宠物、榴莲、菠萝蜜进入房间；

这里是公寓不是酒店，在您预定和住宿之前视为已认可相关法律问题。如果有人询问，请告知对方住在朋友家里，请不要对任何人员谈及短租，不要告诉任何人员房间号码；
