House Rules and Information !!​

1. Whatsapp/Message /text me when you passed BKK immigration. we will come to meet you at meeting point and then take you go to your room. 

2. Check in time after3pm only. When you arrive please standing out side of condominium only. Can not go to contact security man or people in residence . 

 If you arrive after 7 pm need  to check in by your self. Please click self check in.

3. Check out time 12pm and leave key card on TV Table in he room and unlock the door.and let me know when you  already left.

4. No smoke, No party in case have complaint THB 2000 

5. Never wait in the lobby or entrance of the building to minimize the disturbed

 To my neighbourhood ^o^

6. Late checkout and can confirm the day before you check out.( THB 1000 till 6pm)

7. Please turning off lights and air-conditions when leaving the room. 

8. Please do not leave your valuables, jewelry and important documents in the room when you going out, we do not assume any responsibility in for their possible disappearance. 

9. Pets are not allowed ^^

10. Gym and swimming pool close at 10 pm and use sport wear or swimming wear only . and swimming pool on 27 floor.

11. My place have rule condo not for hotel. Please inform staff or another one in case have someone ask you.  You are my friend not from web booking. And don’t tell about room number^^

当您抵达会面地点之后请及时通知我们，我们的工作人员会接您办理入住。
退房时间是中午十二点之前，退房时请您把钥匙和房卡放在房间的电视柜上并关上房门然后告知我们。

房间内禁止抽烟、禁止大声喧哗、禁止举办聚会，否则需缴纳罚款2000泰铢；

如果需要延迟退房需提前一天与我们联系确认，如有可能延迟退房最晚至18：00点.延迟退房服务费是500泰铢；

离开房间时请关闭空调、热水器、厨具的电源;

离开房间时请随身携带所有首饰、手机、钱包、护照等贵重物品,我们不承担物品丢失的任何责任；

禁止携带宠物、榴莲、菠萝蜜进入房间；

健身房和泳池的免费开放时间是早7点至晚10点；

这里是公寓不是酒店，在您预定和住宿之前视为已认可相关法律问题。如果有人盘问，请告知对方住在朋友家里，请不要对任何人员谈及短租，不要告诉任何人员房间号码；

Garbage room have every floor near Elevator. !!!

每层楼道电梯旁都有垃圾房，请及时清理垃圾，甜食放至冰箱。曼谷炎热潮湿，生活垃圾和甜食极易招致蚊虫、蚂蚁、蟑螂。

Luggage keeping!!

if your flight late night!!, after check out you can go to Siam paragon shopping mall or MBK for keep your luggage. There have free keep luggage free service at ground floor or Siam paragon mini-market.

they have service till 9pm.

​如果您退房后需要寄存行李，请到siam paragon商场或者MBK商场，您可以将行李免费寄存到晚上9点。
